The 2020 Spring Conference & Coronavirus Disease - COVID-19
The National Association of Social Workers and its West Virginia Chapter are closely monitoring developments related to the respiratory illness commonly referred to as the Coronavirus (COVID 19). We will continue monitoring information provided by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, the World Health Organization and local public health authorities and will provide updates should plans change.
The NASW WV 2020 Spring CE Conference has been rescheduled for the September 9, 10 & 11. We hope you can join us then! In the meantime we are planning to offer several virtual trainings to help licensed social workers who are concerned about their more immediate need to earn approved CE hours.
Those who wish to 'lock in' the current Early Bird rate for the September conference can continue to register. Your session selections will change based on a revised schedule we will send at a later date. As an added bonus, you can access to the planned spring virtual trainings at no additional cost. We will also honor refund requests.
